CHAS BOSWELL 12-BORE SIDELOCK EJECTOR, serial no. 13538 / H25203, circa 1899, 28in. replacement nitro barrels (in 1974), 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. imp. cyl. and 1/2 choke, treble-grip action with stylised acanthus leaf fences, automatic safety, cocking indicators, fine bouquet and acanthus scroll engraving surrounding scenes of hound on point, the underside with a bouquet and amphora, brushed finish, 14 1/2in. figured stock, weight 6lb. 10oz.
